I'm Brody LaFountaine, a real estate agent here in the Willamette Valley, and I've built my business around one simple goal: making the buying or selling process feel clear, supported, and achievable for every client I work with. I especially enjoy helping first-time homebuyers, local sellers, and investors who want an agent they can trust and actually enjoy working with.
Before real estate, I developed a strong foundation in leadership and service through my involvement with Sigma Alpha Epsilon, where I received the Darrel Carlson True Gentleman of the Year Award. That recognition is meaningful to me, and it reminds me to show up with integrity and treat people the right way-values I bring into every transaction.
Outside of real estate, I stay connected to my roots by helping coach my former high school lacrosse team. I'm also a big fan of golf, quality time with family and friends, and slowly learning my way around a guitar.
If you're thinking about buying, selling, or investing in the Willamette Valley, I'd love to be a resource for you. Reach out anytime and let's get moving.
